I had this in my forums and it can be a fun thing to have and use in chat.
The strikethrough bbcode would look something like this: [s]strikethrough text[/s]
And here is the equivalant HTML code: <s>strikethrough text</s>, <del>strikethrough text</del> or <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">strikethrough text</span>
