That's probably cause you are in low pool priority which means you will not get exp/points every game, till your low pool ends. You get low pool for abandoning games and not following the rules in game.

Don't abuse your skills ( spells ) to spoil players gaming experience, don't intentionally feed the other team, don't abuse mic and text chat and some other ones can't remember what they were cause it wasn't as important.
