In Case You Didn't Know: A Skype Resolver Is:
Basically, a Skype I.P. resolver is a online program that extracts the I.P. of the individual from the individuals username on Skype. In other words, its an easy way to get someones I.P. address.

TBH, its not even an operation, its just a quest. Recently i have noticed that all of the Skype resolvers, even the ones offered by booters, have an awful lot of downtime and/or do not work at all. Obviously i do not know how to make one so we cannot devise a plan to make a 0% downtime 100% up time resolver but here are my questions.

What does it take to run a Skype resolver? (Not Trying To Be Offensive)
How do you make a Skype resolver?
Why are all the available ones that are up now, always down.
How can we make these resolvers run more efficiently and have fewer downtime incidents.

Does anyone know of a really good Skype resolver?
Are Skype resolvers "Old-Fashioned" now?
Can anyone CREATE a better, more efficient one?

Skype patched there program to stop people like you obtaining their users IP's. Tbh, it's a good thing.

A stresser I used a couple of days ago (diamond stresser) had a working skype resolver that never seemed to be down.

I have a hunch that skype (microsoft) will crack down on this, making future resolvers unable to function.

We will need to go back to fishing to get our ip's :/
