It's not that easy just to "make" one.

Alot of time and effort gets put into it.

Don't hack on blops 2. You can hack weapon, diamond guns, and level. But Don't do this stuff. I got banned one hour after doing it. The treyarch team are very active and do a lot of manual bans. + They regularly check up on accounts. Just don't do it.
